We began our musical journey in 2015 as a collection of volunteer musicians. Our task was to perform big band-era music prior to the performance of "Narnia" at the Christ Wesleyan Church in Milton, PA. Needing a band name for the event, one of our "roadies" affectionately decided upon "Tommy Gee and the Clef Notes" after the band's director, Tom Gegenheimer.   After we finished the six gig Narnia event, we decided to form a permanent ensemble known as The Spirit of Swing.

Since that time, the ensemble has performed at events in Milton, Lewisburg, Selinsgrove, and Berwick. 2019 promised to be our most active season yet. Come check us out!
